Good suggestion! Just curious, have you ever ridden a R1? If so, how would you compare the throttle response to the Fz1? I’ve heard it’s the same engine, but completely detuned. Not sure if that is true or not.

Beautiful bike. But I’m not sure I could afford (or would want to) deal with the cost of owning a BMW bike. I have only ever owned Japanese bikes and so far when it comes to things like maintenance or service I haven’t had to spend much at all. I don’t know if I would be able to say the same about a BMW. Also, I would

I work with a guy who has the R1200RT and he loves it. But what makes me nervous about any of the BMW bikes are the costs vs any of the Japanese bikes. Maybe it’s a silly thing to be worried about.

You know, I was looking at that also. I think cost was a factor. It was more expensive vs the Concours. But I also understand you are getting more options. Wheels In Motion had a 2016 for $12,999. I should have scooped it up while they had it there.

Man, this review really hits me in the balls. My daily commute is the 101 to the 405. Round trip is about 80ish miles, and I do that on 3 different bikes currently. 1 is my wife’s GSXR 600, and the other 2 I switch it up with are a VFR750 and a R1. Out of those 3 the most comfortable is the VFR. But it’s lacking

I don’t have to tell you how friggin nervous this article makes me. My wife and I are going on a 2 week vacation starting in London and then eventually making it all the way up to Northern Scotland. We are only staying 2 days in London and decided against trying to get a rental car until we are leaving the city. Now I

Very Guyver looking, I like!!

I have a daily commute on the 405 and 101 here in L.A. I ride my motorcycle so most of the time I’m in the carpool lane. I have seen this numerous times. 2 weeks ago I saw a dude passed out in a Model X in the fast-lane during high traffic. It’s honestly not even shocking anymore.

I think this graph is pretty accurate. I live in L.A. and make around $50k before taxes. The struggle is real to say the least. lol. Rent is the main killer here, especially if you want to live somewhere that you can feel safe in. And it pisses me off that gas is somehow cheaper in Alaska.

I moved there my senior year of high school in 1999 from Miami. Father was on Elmendorf. Hated it at first but over the years grew to love it. I moved to L.A. in ‘08, and I’ve been missing AK since. Taking my wife up in September, maybe we’ll look at some houses. lol.

My father and I used to go camping in Kenai in Alaska a few years ago. It was amazing how much forest those beetles can destroy. The only good thing about it was that we would have firewood to bring home.

We don’t talk about this because it never happened.....

Dude, awesome story.

So if this thing is classified as a motorcycle, does that mean you need to wear a helmet while driving it? If it were a convertible, that could work. But it has a roof.....

Watched this movie last weekend with my fiancee. We were super excited because of a few of the actors on the CW shows. The beginning was actually pretty cool. But towards the middle it seemed like the writers just gave up. And at the end, it seemed everything was just improv. Needless to say, we were super

Well written article! I commute 5 days a week from the SFV to Manhattan Beach on the 405. I always assumed my main reason for doing so is to save money on gas and also because I can split lanes. But after awhile I realised that once I was on my bike, my mind was focused and clear, only thinking about what was in front

As a half black, half asian man I can attest to everything that was said in this article. 2 thumbs up!

Yes, yes, and yes!

....... I can’t...... I can’t even express properly how painful this looks. I know people will say that we need to give it a chance, and these are just images. But honestly, what the hell is this?
