NextGen consoles came out in 2020. RTX 3080 came out in 2020 also. None of these can run this game at 4k, and 60FPS.

NextGen hardware such us Xbox Series X came out 3 years ago in 2020. That xbox does 120 FPS, 4k, raytracing and HDR while Starfield does not support any of it
