With with them managing to succeed at the end of season 5 and with Berg working on width Berg working on Barry, I half expected them to make the last episode that aired the series finale retroactively.
Is anybody clear on how time travel, timelines, and time remnants work at this point?
Remiel is even one of the canonical replacements for Lucifer in that universe too! (Albeit a very different Remiel, who’s there as a voice to Duma, who actually holds the key to hell)
They do give a number of references to “Thousands of Years” on that front, but it doesn’t eliminate the fact that there may have been something ‘before’ Adam and Lilith were created (and Eve after) - it’s mostly throwaway lines, but they are there.
Unfortunately not, but at this point, it might be a forever dangling plot point. It can be easy to patch by assuming that she was always meant to be the proper influence on Lucifer, by crossing his path (no matter what the timeline, as in Once Upon a Time)
Had to keep myself from these reviews while watching (the downside of streaming), but now look forward to getting through the always excellent work Latoya!
I'll say this (positively) about the Tomb Raider movie: I definitely felt like I was watching someone play Rise of the Tomb Raider for many parts of it. Eminently watchable in a "I'm on a 6 hour flight" kind of way.
r/ProRevenge does have quite a few shades of r/that happened, though I try to give benefit of the doubt and that its mostly embellished truths than outright fabrication
Late to the party, but I’m glad this was brought up.
I had the same reaction when they killed Leland - ... why do they need to jump now?
I kept trying to wrap my head around that one.
It didn't hurt that Justin Timberlake made some decent choices as musical director for it.
The Spock thing is definitely a factor, but on the other hand, they immediately released a promo showing him in a shuttle, and thus unlikely to be on Discovery when it jumps.
From all the actors and various showrunners have said, this was intended to be a 2-part finale, and the show was very poorly served by splitting it up with a week in between each part.
Any news been given on international distribution for all of this? Are we facing a DCU/Hulu US only situation, Netflix world rollout, or the limp half-effort of Prime Video?
*a specific order of Klingons.
To focus on TWD a minute: playable without having five through Season 3? I hear great things about the final season, and am invested in Clem, but shied away from the Javier episode because it was such a departure.
Unless I’m mistaken, Michael’s mom has to bounce back to the future because that’s how the Red Angel suit/Project Daedulus works: It ensures you can travel back by creating some kind of anchor point that you bounce back to.
See: Camryn Manheim’s character in Person of Interest, also named Control (though neither of the AIs are named such)
