They need to be released at the same time too. Thats a big part of the deal....HTC came out with the M8 for WP, 6 mo. after the android release. WP did not get to benefit from any of the marketing that HTC did for the device...

MS just needs to make a deal with Samsung that they will either halve licensing fee's or eliminate them altogether if they agree to release WP variants of all of their android devices.

In regards to Laurel, I too think it's too early for her to be the Canary. Maybe it will be her failing and Roy working together but sucking it up royally. I can see Roy going to diggle for more weapons training (pushing him more towards arsenal), and Laurel working more with Wildcat.
