Bernie is genuine, Warren is not. That is palpable, which means you can feel it. It doesn’t need to be explained. It just is.

This may get me back into the game. I’ve stopped playing shortly after Heavensward came out, and coming back in I’ve had enough issues easing back into things that I wound up abandoning the game all over again. Especially didn’t want to burden other regulars over it.

George Ta-fucking-kei is an American treasure. We need to have his judgment and thoughtfulness kept under glass at the Smithsonian as one of the last examples of the successes of the American experiment.

I happened to see this extremely bad take. It was incredibly frustrating and disturbing. I want to quote a different commenter, who has some academic experience in these matters. This is from Arnheim:

What the fuck Chuck?

The bags that the influencers got for free looked way better and sturdier than this.. (I know it’s a different type of bag. Still looks way cheaper than the ones they gave out for free)

Me personally, when I do buy Cybepunk 2077, it’ll be on GoG. That way CDPR gets all the money and I suggest others to do the same despite whatever stupid, misguided loyalty you have with Steam.

Yes, and my sentiment hasn’t gone away. Having my internet drop out during a multiplayer game is annoying enough, and that happens a few times a week. Requiring an internet connection when I wanted a single-player experience will only expand the dependence on my connection. I live in the country now; streaming more

“Why the lack of understanding of how this stuff works.”

Why is it that game journalism is perpetuating this hate towards the EGS?

I agree, but she’s a Lithuanian who probably has no idea of what blackface even is.

As it stands, white people wearing dark makeup to appear black is the continuation of a practice tied to the mocking of black people

Judging a Lithuanian who wants to be a black hero by your own convoluted culture doesn’t seem just. And it’s flawed logic to say that it offended some black person somewhere and we shouldn’t offend anyone because it also offended some white supremacist or some religious wackadoo somewhere who thinks it’s disgusting to

Refutation of point 1:

This backlash is ridiculous. The software isn’t fantastic, but the catalog is constantly updated and has remained top-notch. Plus, if Crunchyroll had done nothing but keep up with inflation for the past 13 years, they would be charging $8.40/month right now. So even after the price raise, they’re still making less
