I've seen a few 13 inch Acer Timelines with no Optical drive, but Nvidia 330m and similar graphics. I almost bought one myself. However I was suspicious, and after googling- they had severe heat/thermal management issues.

I guess Siri is being pushed as one of the main 4S features, but I've always treated voice actions as a kind of perk or bonus. So, the more features the better- but I'm not really that disappointed if it's not 100% functional.

Yeah, I got my SGSII through some warranty stuff that happened to work in my favour, but I was trying some other phones in-store, and I can see where there has been lack of optimization. I guess it does not really matter at the end of the day, but I blame the Manufacturers for that.

Oh, I will not dispute that Intel has the superior high end chips. I was pricing out builds, and the i5-2500k seems to be on par (performance) for AMD's FLAGSHIP processor. But yes, a nice post you have written. :) I'm more of the budget segment, but still- I was this close to pulling the trigger on an i3.

Intel historically "bends" their facts, and if you ask me, Lies their pants off. I recently went to upgrade my old Core2Duo on my desktops and laptop, and went with my first AMD processors just to spite Intel because as a company, I believe their ethics suck.

My SGSII has had Hardware Acceleration from Gingerbread 2.3 on samsungs official rom, and beats my sister's 4S in battery life. Does it really suffer from not being optimized?
