I always thought that it was 50% exercise, and 50% just getting yourself out there. Change of scenery, maybe interact with the world more.

Xbox360's old school game medium (DVD discs) are interfering with the quality of games. Either lower textures, or split discs. If Mass Effect(s) need to be split, then it screws with what would otherwise be an open world in terms of level progression. Not just ME though...
