I am really surprised that the prices in the States didn't go up rather than the incentives in Canada going up on new cars. The US dollar is falling in all markets around the world. It is not that the Canadian dollar is gaining ground, it's the American dollar that is losing it's value.

@no_slushbox: And I saw a new poop made by one of my co-workers in the toilet today without a price tag. Coincidence?

A Moller Skycar...assuming they actually work in 2024, though I kind of doubt it.

I could almost be tempted to put my tallywhacker in the tailpipe. Beautiful car.

What would be more important is WHAT they would drive...

...or get the Schumacher brothers. Put Michael out there to get a nice 10 lap lead and then switch up for Ralf so he can drill the car into the first left turn outer wall he can find.

beerchick gets the 'Danica Patrick — almost, but not quite' seat.

I had a gym teacher in elementary school that had one of these...and he was 6'4" and fit in it quite comfortably.

@TR3-A: Cross your fingers for a 2020 Chevy sedan with two electric motors driving each of the rear wheels with a boatload of torque and batteries throughout the car for 50/50 weight distribution.

@TR3-A: Mostly, because Bob Lutz doesn't want to see more Chevy product with the bowtie on it just yet. They are committed to bringing the Camero over here (which is a nice step), but, the Chevy catalog is already pretty bloated.

@WheatKing: I don't see why it couldn't considering they are bringing the G8 Stateside.

The reason why we can't have one is that we aren't willing to pay the premium on the cars in order to make it profitable for GM to import.

At least Michael wasn't there to do ride-alongs, or someone might have been seriously hurt.

Hands-down, Lada Niva.

(Not so) Favorite hood deformity for me would be the Bowtie.

I was just going to play a prank on a guy in my office, and...

@beercheck: A combination of slow scan speed and a fast shutter would probably do this. Look at the artifacts on the road. They all seem to be swept back toward the bottom.

Another thing to consider about the wheels. The spokes that are moving upward are thinner than the ones moving downward which would match with the camera hypothesis.

There is no way that car could stay on the highway with those shoes. My money is on a camera glitch.

I have to say that I really enjoy this game. It really makes it fun when everyone is running the same setup and car and it is just your skill being put to the challenge.
