I know Lifehacker has a big boner for standing desks, but buy yourself a good (read: expensive) office chair. Doesn’t have to be a Herman Miller. Just be cautious of anything at Office Depot or similar. $299+ should be a starting point.

Social media has also magnified this. I can smell an over-compensating parent from two mouse-clicks away—bro, you’ve posted more about your kids in a week than I have for mine in 2 years. At your level it’s no longer interesting to catch up on your little angels; it has become a nuisance.
I think it also does a disservice to your kids and doesn’t prepare them for the real world, where everyone else isn’t solely focused on fulfilling their needs and wants.
True, but they make even less money if no one orders. People making minimum wage or below generally are hit pretty hard by a short pay week. I’d be interested in a poll of actual delivery drivers, if they prefer braving the storm for the tips or if they’d rather hang around the shop and take the wage loss.
Hahahahaha!!! And Hillary was not under Russian control? How about Obama when he told Putin he will have more leverage after he is elected?
Wow, it’s almost like we expect Lifehacker to be about lifehacks rather than scoring cheap political points that can’t stand for themselves and thus need to be dressed up.
Do the opposite of what Hillary did.
You hit the nail square on the head with this comment. A bunch of babies who have been crying about the election for over a year are going to try and explain to me how to “not be a sore loser”? Nice try Nick! I’ll just be sitting here waiting for your followup to one of your recent great Lifehacker articles ... “All…
Despite me being a New York liberal, I’m very sad to see Lifehacker become a needless liberal rag.
Umm...didn’t Hilary refuse to come out and talk to her supporters after she lost?
Hearing the same people who absolutely lost their minds when Trump won the presidential election come out and talk about how to not be a sore loser when Moore lost (and thank god he did) is so choice.
There is no argument on this planet that can convince me not to use my credit card to buy stuff. I pay it off monthly....it is more secure and has rewards. why would I ever jeopardize my checking account and not get “free money”??? 70% millennials prefer debit cards? I am 31 does that make me one of these morons?
Don’t ask for specifics when you didn’t support your own point to begin with.
It’s ironic that you claim to know how many people were subject to the estate tax at various times and the only source for your information is your asshole.
I try not to be. Sometimes I fail, but I try to learn from those failures.
Everyone gets to keep more of their own money.
Nice to know the CNN rules of Journalistic & Unbiased integrity isnt lost on you Leigh Anderson. I think the Church of Clinton Deity has your vestments ready. “Journalists” like you, the Dems and Liberals are the reason Uranium One is on the table. All the nonsense that the Russian swung the election is the…
So it’s not fair to investigate the possible criminal actions of corrupt prior political cartel after a change by the voters in the governing party? That will be welcome news to corrupt politicians all over the world. I’m sure the U.N. will love it as well.
To be fair this has been a thing for much longer than this, it is only just recently that liberal biased media and bloggers have decided to acknowledge it and use it as a tool to rant against Trump.
How to deal with it: put on your grown-up pants and get on with your freakin’ life.
