There was some pretty bad lawyering by the defense here. It appears that they only told the Court “Oh, wait, we have more!” after they got shot down the first time. Almost this whole Order is the Court throwing shade at the defense for screwing up procedural requirements. Not a great look if you’re looking to help out…
