They are democrats and aren't legislating anyone's uterus.

Well they were sitting there listening to testimony despite knowing how they were going to vote already. I don't see nothing to be outraged about in this picture. They look like they feel like everyone else feels. Exasperated and tired to this bs.

All of them are pro choice and at least two are Latino. They might be racially white (if that even means anything), but they don't have the inherent privileges of being white.

"these guys" are pro-choice

While I hate Family Guy for a million other reasons, I agree with you on this one kind of. I do think the satire has gotten so lazy though that it doesn't even count as satire anymore.

Did you write "touch-scream" on purpose?

As opposed to Jezebel, which is just really really white.

That's beside the point. His whiteness or lack there of should not be a defense in any way. Latinos can be just as racist against black people and white people are. And vice versa. The point is that Zimmerman's latino-ness would come into play negatively if he had shot a white kid. Since he shot a black kid, it

Weell completely white latinos are not the most common latino. I'd say the vast majority are mixed race. I'd say my background is probably 40% indigenous and 60% European. Zimmerman looks mostly, but not completely European. But that doesn't say much about his actual racial background.

Dude. Nail right on the head.

You're not the intended audience for this campaign then.

Those people should have known better than to be near a bomb.

I definitely do not deny that the wording is problematic.

While I had an issue with it, I understand that the audience (people in Missoula) might respond better to this sort of thing. If the immediate goal is to stop sexual assault, this is fine as long as the conversation is furthered later to explain some of the deeper issues with this line of thinking. Baby steps I guess.

While I do have issues with some of the wording, I hope speaking in a "language" more traditional men/people can understand will lead to further conversations about other issues with rape culture and misogyny, like putting women on pedestals ("that's no way to treat a lady").

Wait, they blamed the actor for portraying someone who are supposed to think is a privileged douchebag even for the 60s? That scene was intentionally set up as cringeworthy.

Is this the turning point for Jez and Miley? Up until a few weeks ago everyone liked her soooo muuuuch. Now it seems like they're neutral/occasionally critical.

I have a horrible fear of flying and would love it if I never had to get in a car again for the very statistical reasons you allude to. I have never had a car ride without moderate to severe anxiety. Unfortunately, I can avoid planes and lead a normal life. Can't avoid being in a car though.
