Less immigrants and first generation citizens from cultures that tend to have women marry and have kids younger.

Right? I also find their eagerness to go "oh my god look at this dumb WHITE person" hilarious. White guilt mixed with trying your utmost to make up for the other privileged white-focused crap they print is really funny.
This white self-loathing is not going to make us people of color like you more. The fact that she is white does exacerbate the situation, but shouting it in the headline makes me eye-rolly. If it was an isolated incident I wouldn't say anything, but Jez is constantly doing the "haha look at these dumb WHITE people"…
Urrrgh I disagree with you but I don't get people's desire to shout "fuck you" as loud as they can over the internet about something like this. People really are not interested in discussion.
I was just commenting on why numbers may have stagnated, not about the pay gap.
Well I would guess it takes more than ten years to get to really high levels of corporate leadership. It's going to take a bit longer for the age groups that have majority females instead of male college graduates/advanced degrees to reach middle aged.
Seriously, wow.
Fortunately I have enough hatred inside of me to dole out to both.
I agree. Resident SCOTUS Asshole would be more apt.
Don't need a wedding to get married.
I definitely have a problem with some of the rules the TSA has, but not the TSA guards themselves. The majority of them are just doing their job and they have never been disrespectful to me. And I am a Mexican-American who many people think is Middle Eastern by appearance.
I feel like there is some story where everyone's last name is that long but I can't remember it.
Ah yeah, I know. But my train of thought was if he and his husband have kids what do the kids do when they get married? More of a silly question because the obvious answer is whatever they want.
I was a Santa agnostic as early as I can remember, but I was very religious (Catholic) until I was about 19.
Well of course, but I am not the type that handles lots of options well.
Johnny Weir (and any name hyphenator, which I plan to be) made me wonder what the kids of name hyphenators do when they want to get married. Triple hyphenation?!
I feel you. My birthday is the 18th and my brother's is the 21st so not only are our birthdays lumped in with Christmas, but with each other's as well . All birthday parties that have been thrown for us were in June because anywhere near our birthday is impossible. Celebrating mine earlier in the month doesn't really…
Santa was a significant part of the American Christmas tradition before Coke.
Well if it was a hunt I guess I reserve judgment. I think there are arguments to be made for certain types of population control of species (including humans though it's a catch-22 because I don't feel humans should actually be making/carrying out that decision) though the idea does make me squirm.
