After the outcome of Pacquiao v. Bradley, I believe there are no guaranteed bets.

I agree. I thought Apple did a great thing with the original iPod. People doubted the idea of an "Apple phone" before the original iPhone. I thought it would be wildly successful and it surpassed my expectations. Back then, they didn't give a crap about the competitors and what they were doing. The fact that they are

If Apple is allowed to successfully ban import of rival gadget manufacturers, that can be seen as anti-competitive. When Microsoft was hit with the Anti-Trust suit in the mid-1990s, they didn't hold an actual monopoly. It was their actions that brought the suits - not necessarily the outcome.

I think it's great that Apple is grabbing all these patents. Not only are they bringing themselves into the crosshairs of an Anti-Trust suit but when the government removes it's head from the ass it uses as a hat and changes the patent laws, Apple is going to get steamrolled.

I see your original point better now that I have more insight on your situation. When I'm in a position of advantage, My nose tends to rise when seeing a seemingly inferior alternative.

This is simply a product that does not appeal to you directly. I think this would be nice for some people that don't have all of the gadgets you do.

I think they are referring to Americans looking more and more like bobble-head dolls.

Hard to be surprised at this. Why offer a better service when you can hold a monopoly on everything? That way, you don't have to worry about giving the consumer what they want. You can just tell them what they want!

All kinds of wrong but, I like it!

I can only see this being popular amongst hipsters. Yet, many of them claim to be against things like this.

Impossible to argue with you there. Where there is a fool, there is someone to part him/her with his/her money.

Ha! Sorry about that. I have been testing how Dolphin Browser HD works with the new HE4L and Android 4.0.3. On my HE3D running Android 2.3.4, gizmodo did not load up even close to properly.

Not a bad way to start your day.

See above. :(

Oh no!!!!! The dreaded multi post! Apologies for my browser.
