Funny, at the beginning of the year, I was projecting a 5-win season.  However, I had 2 sure wins as the Cardinals and Bills.

While I’m amazed it took this long for the Lions to make ATOTW, at least I can now say, as a Detroit fan, that my year is complete.

Brisket is definitely the most difficult of the traditional BBQ meats. It’s disappointing about 95% of the time, if you’re outside Texas.

Which is exactly where I end up every time. I’ve now taken to parking further away from the arena, even when I have a parking pass, just to avoid the “managed” traffic.

Much better sight lines, though. And the club seats (and the club) are fantastic upgrades. I’ve been a couple times with club seats I won at an auction, and the club is really nice. Food is very good there, and the seats are generous in the club section. Not braggin’, just saying.

Yeah, really hate how they funnel the traffic out after games.  I’m 90% sure it would go better if they would do nothing, and save on the police OT.

Sadly, true. Their Sausage Croissanwich was my favorite. But the variation between restaurants is significant, so it becomes a (near literal) crapshoot to order.

Combining “the gym” and “without headphones” - after my workout, I stepped into the steam room. As usual, pretty full of steam, so you have to step inside, close the door, and wait a second or two to see where there’s an open spot.

Couldn’t believe it when I heard it, especially when they showed his wife crying, and talked about all the mean things that had been written and said.

People who use Scooter sharing apps just leave them lying in the middle of the fucking sidewalk . . .
