I don’t really hold the banks and dealers fully responsible for this either... to a point. There are probably times when a long loan is worth it. Electric cars especially come to mind. I’m not certain I would be worried about taking a 6 year loan or something on a Tesla or other fully electric car that has a long

I thought Apple was closely connected to mid air wireless... I doubt we’ll see it now, but I really thought they weren’t going to go with the “mat style” wireless route. Even a three foot range or something would be absolutely amazing and a killer feature. Whole room would be a dream, but I would jump at a couple foot

Is anyone else surprised a movie this big isn’t basically in the bag already with just small edits and adjustments on what to cut or leave in left? I mean this comes out in what, four months or so? I’m a little surprised it hasn’t been scored yet and reshoots are still taking place.

That’s true, I didn’t fully think of the practical abilities and costs with that, BUT, I also think most major hospitals have some of the same issues to deal with for those sources. I also kinda figured we had just a few huge main farms that supply a large majority of things like eggs and meat and such.

I don’t think it’s that much of an issue here either... I think it’s more of the possibility that it could be a huge issue if this trend really took off and went mainstream. I think batch testing for bacteria is required much more frequently with raw milk (or at least most farms do test more).

I would love to see more irradiated foods show up in the USA, but I highly doubt it. I’m pretty sure eggs in Europe have been routinely treated with gamma or X-ray radiation for food safety. I have yet to run across irradiated eggs in the USA though, even though it’s FDA approved. Curious on if those other two methods

I’m fine with the contractors leaving to work else where, that means the company isn’t operating well. Unfortunately it’s not my job to correct their mistakes (if it was, I would have the company). I do tip, I probably over tip because I’m a sucker for employee that provides good service. (And I’m just talking about

I look at UberEats as an ideal system for when traveling and staying in a hotel. My usage case would be relatively late (8 to 10pm) after a long day of either travel or sightseeing and wanting something to eat but not finding anything good from room service. Rather then heading out on foot, or if I have a rental car

What I mean is that I don’t think there is a spot in the app to leave a tip... and Uber is pretty upfront about tips are not required or expected. That’s not to say I don’t want the drivers to get paid what they’re worth, but I much rather that it’s clearly upfront in a service change or something like that. Then I

From my understanding UberEats opens up A LOT of places that normally wouldn’t deliver. Maybe this pizza place didn’t deliver, but a lot of Indian or sushi places I’ve seen when traveling through a city didn’t deliver, but were on UberEats. Also, I don’t think you have to tip, that’s all built into one flat service

Hold onto your documents and open them in such a way that you can return them if need be. I bought a set to improve PlayStation connectivity and noticed that they introduced a slight static/hiss into the power supply that some speakers picked up. I have a nice set of wired headphones with a headphone amp to play PS4

The even more terrifying thing is that the twin Star Wars rides are looking like they’ll have rather low ride capacities. I believe they’re below the Radiator Springs Races (which still is constantly like 90+ minute wait times even during off peak visits) and Indian Jones. This does not bode well for the Star Wars

You do realize that admission allows you to see the whole Universal Studios park, right? You’re not just paying for that small expansion...

His directing skills have been... off lately. But I really have enjoyed some of his work. I didn’t mean to say that this would be the reason why the movie sucked, I think it’s been something past the directors, producers or studio executives or something. DC has had a run of “offs” that should have been good. What

I wish Joss had got this movie from the start... but I also totally wish nothing terrible had happened to Snyder’s family. I fear this movie isn’t going to be good, but that has zero to do with his directing abilities or the recent news. I’ve been expecting a critical flop (though maybe box office money maker, think

At least they got a good lesson in why you always were PPE! I bet they’ll never walk up to a lab bench without eye protection or gloves on 👍🏻

Or how about they just release the actual fucking game content with the purchase of a game?!

I assume your windows would just tint toward almost opaque as you left the surface level. I mean not really anything worth looking at down there. You’ll kick back and listen to your audio book or chat with someone on the phone or watch a video. Then 5, 20, 45 minutes later or whatever you’ll be lifted back to the

Further, I know everyone loves to hate this area but it was pretty important back in WWII when it was going full steam. It’s been important since then in researching new technologies that should be deployed in the commercial sector. The United States hates nuclear though so it’s hard to get anything off the ground.
