I agree that it sounds like they take a contact for a fixed amount and then either over-deliver, allow huge changes to be made deep into the project, or fall behind schedule and have to pay staff/resources longer then planned. All of those deliver a better product, which is awesome, but they don't add up to a well

Oh, by the way, I didn't get the fedex... Go ahead and send some more, I promise it'll work this time and I've got your gold right here if you need... I mean over there... You know, just don't worry about it, looking forward to the tracking number!

I didn't realize that you could have offline wallets or paper wallets at the point of writing that. I thought they basically had to live in an account at an exchange and there was no way you could actually "hold onto" them if say all the exchanges suddenly halted trading or were attacked or something.

Right, and I completely understand that. But what I'm suggesting is more of a link between an online profile (which could be made up of fake information, or no information past some kind of secure hash and user/password combo) and your BitCoins. That way even if an exchange was "holding" them in a digital wallet for

Wait a sec! You could store BitCoins offline by printing paper wallets?! How lazy would these people have to be to leave their life savings in BitCoin in a SINGLE exchange that's unregulated?! If you want to trade them by cashing out and buying back when it drops a bit set some thresholds and only pull those paper

Yep, even casinos (at least here in the states) are regulated and you know they have the odds in the favor of the house. BitCoin is ridiculous, especially in the fact that it's not a tangible good that could be held onto to try and ride out a crash like this.

Holy hell that DAS system video REALLY reminds me of a SkyNet promo video. "Seeing Everything, Everywhere, All The Time!" Also, was that encoded in the early 1990s? I feel like I'm watching a 150kbps AVI file or something...

I doubt you would ever make it last security wearing any rigging too. I mean say you're a stunt jumper, you've done it a million times, you figure you can time it to the point you're around 10k feet and you'll take your chances at the speed issue. You probably could find super slim rigging and wear it under a business

What's a person's rights to being on speaker phone & not told that other people are in the room? Or honestly, just that the earpiece volume is turned all the way up and they're standing next to someone else? I figure as long as it's live and not recorded, legally it probably slides by...

It's just I would think the upkeep fees would be more then maybe striking a deal with a local course and offering a corporate rate. I doubt most people are out there every day playing a round, and the couple groups of executives that are, probably could afford a reduced rate at another course near by. Now, if it's on

Why exactly does NASA have a golf course? I see no connection to their objectives as an agency unless that golf course is currently on the moon...

So does this mean the Matrix "invented" a knot? Or is this a well known one outside of American fashion?

This would only be valid data BEFORE plows went out. I highly doubt people will try to drive in a foot or more deep snow from the edge of the plows when there is a fairly clear path just feet away...

You've must never have been to a Cirque du Soleil performance before... Speaking of which, I suspect these guys will be working for Cique du Soleil at some point. These guys are the kind of talent found in each of their shows!

That 8 year gap doesn't sound too bad... But that's ~10%!

A standard fancy digital alarm clock that had this feature might actually make me go back to using one instead of my phone! Would love for the scent to go off five minutes before the alarm or something...

He would have had a chute deploy due to low altitude, right? As long as he wasn't spinning bad enough to cause his chute to collapse he probably would have made it safely to the ground minus some broken bones or something, yes?

Also, I want a one touch archive feature before they start "experimenting" with saving old data. I want my history, including what friends said/posted in my little Facebook world to be archived and downloaded local in case their system fails. It's one thing to risk it all by posting vacation photos ONLY to Facebook

Ya, that seems like slow as heck. I could understand if this is redundancy but if this is primary storage for "old" content I would think it would be better to cull pages that are not updated for more then 6 months or something. I figure there's a huge amount of businesses that created a page, uploaded a couple

I can't believe that little bit shits everything down. Is there not even a few people that decide to go slow when the weather is like that? Also, abandoned cars on the freeway blocking the ones that do want to drive through... Kosher to break the drivers side window, toss in neutral, and push off the freeway? I would
