I havent driven an FRS or BRZ, but I do have some experiance with underpowered vehicles.

Thanks for the heads up! I am going to be doing a bunch of PITA stuff soon, so I will add it to my list!

That porter gives me a sinking feeling.

That is what I am trying to relay to my friend. Something like 20k Diesel B5.5s. Parts are expensive because there just arent enough. Guy had a heart attack when I told him transmission prices.

Lol you need more stars. My buddy cusses and swears for 10 hours to do 7 on his F150!

Lol. How does that look easier to work on in a Firebird?

What years? May as well stay on top of things. I havent noticed mine leaking yet.

I agree with you on that B5.5. I am working on one now. Not only are they a bitch to work on, but finding TDI specific Passat stuff is a BITCH. Doesnt help that the owner is trying to cheap out.

PT Cruiser GT. Everything is annoying to get too. That top intake plenum covers everything, and has a couple hidden bolts.

4k for the cleanest SA22C I have seen? Nice Price all day.

Owning a car like this has been one of dreams for a while. I wanted some the cars owned/designed by Bill Mitchel.

My main concern with these inspections is that the potential for abuse is HUGE! We all have heard the line when getting tires.

In that case, my 1977 Firebird. My wife doesnt hate it. She just refuses to be near it, talk about it, drive it, or even ride in it.

Long term? Car is cheaper and easier to live with ;)

    Wrong. Badly modified cars suck.

Replaced the Rear axle of my 77 Firebird. Went from a 2.56 open to a LSD with 3.08s. World of difference, especially when a Trans Am rear sway bar was added. Way less understeer, happier to hang its tail out. The best part though was gear change. Night and Day acceleration, even if my crusie ability on the freeway

I had a dealer try that with me and an Evo. I told him it was an amazing machine, but making me look good isn’t one of its capabilities!

As someome who will occassionally defend a PT Cruiser, I am of the firm belief that NOTHING makes these cars look good.

    Yellow just don’t fix everything.

Isn’t this the reason the SEC sued Tucker? Selling accessories for vehicles that haven’t been released yet.
