VW started penny-pinching with the 2018 MY. They dropped things like the under-seat drawer, felt lining in the glove box, and on the S trim no satellite radio. I imagine there’s other things VW cut out too. I’m glad I got mine when I did (‘17 Alltrack S manual).
VW did zero marketing and also throw in the leaking panoramic sunroof problem that they just couldn’t seem to figure out. I love my Alltrack S 6MT, but I’m glad it’s not an SE/SEL.
