@AreWeThereYeti: But since this is a Nexus branded phone, updates will come directly from Google, not Samsung. This will run stock Android without any uneccessary skin. Therefore updates aren't a problem

@Austin Soares: The problem is that HTC has no access to AMOLED or 2nd gen processors (at the moment). I understand why Google sacrificed build quality and looks for the internals.
