This is www.eweb.org. Based on what I’m seeing on their website, it’s just federal and local Nissan dealer discounts applied. There is however a separate section mentioning a $200 rebate from the utility, but I don’t know if it can be stacked. I don’t see anything specifically regarding charging station discounts.

My local electric utility is pushing Leaf discounts pretty hard, so I wonder what they could do with a lower priced model.
