At the very least we can be sure it will look awesome, guy seems to be pretty good at making wet movies. Never saw the Aviator but I've heard good things. I hope they treat the story well and that Levine has some executive power when it comes to making the movie.
@BOMxAgonyxScenex: Lower game prices? They haven't raised the price for a PC game in... I don't know... forever? Considering inflation $50 now is cheaper than it was ten years ago.
Remember when they said Doom III would be the last Doom game? Yeah, me too. Not that I'm upset they broke their promise, I'm rather glad, it's just kind of funny. I'm all for more Doomage, and hopefully they'll get this right.
Getting a PS3 is slowly looking to be a sweeter deal, a solid FPS online experience like this is a nice step in the right direction for someone like me.
If you have to do insane bomb jumping like that to beat the game I'm going to fail hard, I'm horrible at timing those bomb jumps.

Muahahaha, and my XBox from January 06 is doing spectacular! Never had a problem with it, even living without air conditioning for a while during the summer in a Texas apartment and leaving it on all night and it still works fine.
Forget that, I want Pokemon Snap. The stupid, "Oh my God, I'll never play that." game that I played way too much once I got a hold of it.
I know I'm pretty late to the party (I only check LH every one or two weeks at a time) but first off...
