Yes!  I like this version better than Paramore’s, simply because I think it plays more with the song itself.

The cover by The Cardigans and Tom Jones added much more to the song, IMO.  It’s very much of its time in 1999, but I think it holds up.

I’ll quit my job and learn to play an instrument full time by 2025 for a chunk of that $80 million to play eight shows.

Yep.  I hate Trump, but I won’t participate in the body-shaming.

Agreed, and do we need articles on every little thing about Tesla?

Probably grumpiness amongst the staff at anything related to the tech industry.

Once I wrap up my rewatch of Halt and Catch Fire, I think I’ll rewatch Silicon Valley.

Agreed, 100%.

I was there in Center City the day the Eagles won the Super Bowl.  Only one overturned car in the whole city.  Basically a Tuesday in that regard.

“I don’t write about every press car I get (sorry, automakers)”

“its [sic] a car site with journalists”

The irony is that, for someone like me who isn’t terminally online, the only reason I had any idea what Trump or Musk had to say about this situation is because Jalopnik published this article.

I am very amused that “Jaywalking is No Longer a Crime in California,” is listed as Related Content on this article, at least for me.

I’m in the same boat as you, but unfortunately this site is the car blog for people who hate cars. 🤷‍♂️

Right?! What a missed opportunity.  The rest was great, though.

Yeah, I’ve seen him 4 or 5 times since 2016, and he’s been great every time.

I did NOT know that, but it explains so, so, much.

I think we won’t know if he’s right or not for a few years, because my take on his take is that a lot of that is probably coming to a close.  What we are seeing now was greenlit years ago by this point.

I do think Many Saints would have worked extremely well as a limited series.
