That’s because they’re children. Goldfish are for children.
It’s actually a quirk leftover from World War II. After years of the Great Depression, the labor market suddenly got VERY tight; that tends to happen with mass conscription combined with all the military manufacturing. Anyway, the Roosevelt Administration desperately wanted to prevent any possibility of labor action,…
It all depends on the contract the artist signed. They may have signed away all rights to the piece.
I suspect non-management but white-collar jobs, like engineering, marketing, dealer liaisons and such are all salaried.
Or The Sopranos. Or Mad Men. Or The Wire. Or Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul. Or, reaching a bit farther, The Americans, Halt and Catch Fire, or Justified.

Sure humans have a concept of prioritization; just because you don’t agree with those priorities, doesn’t mean that they’re not *priorities*.
Agreed!
I dunno, every season has had a few clunkers. The Get Schwifty episode can go right to the trapezoid (the Phantom Zone, but my wife thinks “to the trapezoid” is funnier, and she’s right), for instance. 4 and 5 had the largest proportion of clunkers, IMO. I’d rank the seasons 1, 2, 3 & 6 (tie), 5, 4. 6 could…
