No. I feel diabetics should address their health problems too, rather than ignore them (like one diabetic I know does) but that doesn't mean I'm trying to shame diabetics.
Yeah, I'm on the third floor so I always take the stairs up and down and try to take a 20-30 minute walk on my lunch break whenever possible. Plus maybe once an hour I'll get up and walk a lap of the floor.
That's more a statement of medical fact than "western "fit" preconceptions/media images".
