And also like the Nissan EXA/Pulsar... Really, this concept isn’t new.
That’s actually a poverty code, throw too many of those and they won’t let you buy another one.
It doesn’t look high tech. I see mechanical HVAC controls. An actual shift lever instead of a dial. Steering wheel is devoid of controls other than CC. All modern vehicles are required to have a screen so you can’t really be mad about that.
This is like those people deriding helmets.
Just me or does that top picture have SUCH an anime face?
It’s not about having a “clean” car. It’s about reducing the amount of salt on the car. Every 5 minute drive layers that crap on again and again.
So much this. I’m a huge fan of the Disco and LR3 (and the LR4 up to 2013). I hate the new discovery with every fiber of my being.
Crown (while formally a higher tier whiskey) hasn’t been a top shelfer in years. It’s been a long time since they’ve went from being 12 year aged whiskeys to being blends of between 5-8 years.
Considering it’s been eight years since the bailouts, it’s fair to say there have been a lot of major shifts in automotive trends and the economy. GM has done well to avoid collapse again, but they’re being smart in trying to minimize the pain now instead of having it just be worse later if things don’t go better than…

I don’t know how to break this to you, but the Gamma was a saloon not a hatchback. Fastback saloons were something of a trend at the time. See also the Lancia Beta, Citroen CX, Citroen GS, Austin Princess (and badge engineered variants), Austin Aleggro and the Vauxhall Astra Mk1 (also available with a hatchback).
I don’t think driverless tech can account for the stupidity and unpredictability of man. Sounds like the woman unexpectedly walked into the street not at a crosswalk. Odds are she would have been killed by a human driver too.
You didn’t say that:
This is also why I left the watercooled scene. So. Many. Assholes. Guys. Your cars are tarted up econoboxes. You did not beat that Corvette at the light who didn’t know you were racing. Ugh. It’s all well and good to love your car, and the time/effort/money put into it, but don’t be ridiculous.
This "scarred by abortions to free their male partners from financial responsibility, and then like their unborn children, tossed aside as an unwanted object." is pretty anti-choice in its wording, but I guess you could view it as just her feelings. However, in the link, she states that she is anti-choice and clearly…
