You have officially blown my mind. Here I thought I had archived all the useless knowledge of who was who in whatever movie and you shattered that beautifully.

That is true I didn't consider this one server for one game versus farms of servers running multiple games/matches. Looks like sound reasoning to me.
I am with you on that and had no idea Planetside 2 was going to support that number of players. It just blows my mind that this mod, as pointed earlier, can support up to 5k people a server and with 800 there wasn't any detrimental slow down to where the game was unplayable. But a console game can barely, and in…
PC server handles 800 people, console server handles what 64? I don't know if BF 4 supports that much console wise. What are these companies doing with their infrastructure that MS and Sony can't achieve?

I choked on my tea at the Shroud of Turin line. Nice to start Christmas Eve off with a smile before family has a chance to ruin that.
I never put enough time into figuring that game out, maybe it's time to revisit that.
Concept art for the new Silent Hill game/film.
For 20 minutes after the end of The Walking Dead I was a sniffling pile of tears and snot. I legitametly love telling people that because, for me, those left few minutes with Clem were perfect.
I gifted myself a PS Vita and will be picking up Persona 4 Golden. I have almost no experience with this series but I cannot wait to start playing with all the praise I have seen of this game. Any and all advice for a starter would be greatly appreciated!
Nike of Samothrace made me gasp. Mona Lisa is overrated.
Welcome aboard the Discovery One.
I can get behind that sentiment completely, I love Okami because the concept art IS the game. It would be fun to see art translate almost 1:1 to the actual game. Maybe as newer development tools become available to greater Indie devs we will see more games in line with this thought process.
I've often heard the same idea from other game students in regards to placing some retro game onto kickstarter for some quick capital to make something else. Has this path every actually worked? The indie games you mention were definitely backed by some rather deep pockets in some way, though I am sure those are…
I cannot give this enough stars, you have made my Sunday morning.
Can we combine this with a guide on how to be aware of your backpack when it's on in public spaces? I am tired of people smacking me on public transit because the don't realize their body depth has doubled. I honestly use it as a way to set them off balance, if they have no concern neither do I.
My personally favorite is the team mate, who during an objective game will fire the killing shot into your body so they can take the flag/skull/what have you. Since the game registers the kill as one for the opposing team, not only do they avoid betrayal, they get to increase their "team cooperation" by taking credit…
Even in E-sports, the owners rob the fans.
Could this be the ground work for a Pixar's 'Avengers'? The mind reels with the possibilities!
