I do a pretty regular route and using the same airline both ways and it’s been both ways on either end of the flight. I grab it at the jetway when I’m heading out and it’s on the carousel when I’m coming home.

You made claims about my values and my logic in arriving at my conclusions. Since I didn’t share any of them, knowing what I wrote is irrelevant. Making up straw men in order to knock them down is similarly irrelevant.

You might as well have just said “I’m right because the sky is blue!” Because while that is a factually correct statement, it’s completely disconnected from the point you’re trying to make and also irrelevant.

You literally wrote three paragraphs each of which is assuming something about me as their starting position. At this point it’s just getting embarrassing, do you not even know what you’ve written? Why are you even trying at this point?

Presuming to know things about the people you’re talking with isn’t going to dissuade anyone, it’s just going to make you look like more of a jackass.

Calling them cowards with badges is far more productive than covering for them when they murder your fellow citizens. One of these enables them, the other doesn’t. And I don’t care how crappy someone’s job is, it isn’t an excuse to murder.

It might not be evident to you but it’s quite evident to me that if i want someone dead all I have to do is whisper the right words to a coward with a gun and a badge. As for stories about police respondings, of course I’ve read them, they happen constantly and they’re in the news for precisely the wrong reasons.
