Tricky was stylish in a way that the other two games just weren’t. The music, the character designs, and the courses just had a fantastically cool aesthetic.

It was a serious felony because he stole goods valued at more than twenty thousand dollars. I agree that he was punished accordingly, other than the fact that he doesn’t have a felony on his record. Zero jail time was appropriate, as it should be for many similar crimes.
