It did not - you should read up on how DNA tests don’t prove ethnicity, and how companies are just capitalizing on the lack of scientific fluency of most Americans.

If you’re truly interested in how DNA does not prove ethnicity, and why the DNA test Warren took proves absolutely nothing, I’d recommended reading Kim TallBear’s book “Native American DNA: Tribal Belonging and the False Promise of Genetic Science”.

I disagree that she has only been representing her “ancestry” - below is an image from the Fordham Law Review in 1997, listing Elizabeth Warren as Harvard Law’s first woman of color. Is this just telling people about her family history, or is this Warren feeding into a blood myth?
