Janet seemed really pleased when Michael told him he had become attached to her, almost like her telling him to kill her was a test that he passed.

I think it’ll be a color that looks brown, but is really a color that humans cannot see.

I thought Janet’s attempt at making a human had gone horribly wrong and she created a person with no face, whose head was just a sphere covered in hair but could somehow talk... because I’m dumb and didn’t realize he was just facing the wrong way.

A friend of mine has a theory that Mike Schur knows only 12 actors, so I cracked up when Dennis Feinstein/Adrian Pimiento showed up.

Mindy St. Clair’s video collection has to include either this or Grown Ups 2.

I like this theory, but that story wouldn’t address the forked-up system that leads to a tiny fraction of people going to The Good Place and the vast majority being tortured for all eternity. I don’t see how Michael could have been misled about the morality scoring and map of new entrants as part of this supposed

Mantzoukas has the perfect shape of head for someone’s first attempt at creating a human.

“imagine that human was Janet. would you still torture it now?”

I am pretty sure Eleanor sobbing uncontrollably into the toilet plunger last week when she realized how sad it was that she never had a family choked me up (despite how funny it was). This episode was awesome too but I found it less emotional.

I listen to Mantzoukas’s podcast How Did This Get Made as well as Comedy Bang Bang (you should too) and I am so glad he didn’t plug this role in either. When I saw the back of his head, I was almost sure it was Zouks, but I was still so happy to be proven right. A great show just got even better.

Michael is such a black sheep among the demons that I doubt he has any friends there. He has the ambition they lack, he’s creative while they can’t get beyond “needles in the face,” his clothing is even more colorful, and despite what he says I’ve always gotten the feeling that there are things about humans he likes.

This was the first episode of this hilarious show to actually choke me up. It was practically a two-hander bottle episode with brief, great cameos from the rest of the cast. And it was fantastic, because Ted Danson and Darcy Carden are fantastic together. I binged the whole first season last week, and it only

<3 to Michael developing a friend

the point is, this is 35-year-old Ivanka talking about 14-year-old Ivanka, and obviously lying. The point is, 35-year-old Ivanka lies.

Were either given an official position as an advisor to their dad?

I would have thought the article made no sense. I mean Obama’s oldest daughter wasn’t even born yet when Cobain died. Now we are supposed to believe a baby dyed her hair blue? The whole story would fall apart.

Yeah, I feel like every positive thing I feel about Bree is because I love Roger and want him to be happy. Like when Roger steps out of that cab, I was like a) Yes! Go get her, Roger! You go be your romantic, open-hearted self!

The first few sentences Bree and Roger speak to each other include the terms “Boston cream pie,” “hallowed halls (possible your hallowed halls),” and “oysters.” Am I just imagining a thing?

Diethyl ether is already known in that time (it’s believed to have been created in the 8th Century or 1275). In one of the later novels, a chemist asks Claire why she wants to buy so much useless ether (apparently she’s the only customer with that request). And she also tries growing her own penicillin.

also, like, if Claire is bringing penicillin to 1766 Scotland (a full 162 years before it was discovered) does that mean everyone in the current 2017 timeline is already dead from all the antibiotic-resistant super-bugs?
