I think these are subscriptions as in people who pay for the membership. I doubt Gura or anyone on hololive has as many memberships as Ninja and Ludwig. Ninja has 16.7 million followers (free) and Ludwig only has 2.7 million. With that said however, how many remain members after this stunt is yet to be seen.
