I thought that was a not so subtle and dark nod to them being old and therefore don’t have as much time to break up before,  you know, death.

She entered a salary negotiation where we don’t know what they offered, and at best her opening offer--I don’t know if it comes off as anything. Hell, we don’t even know who the news comes from. Maybe nothing needs to be bashed?

Just given his sense of humor... I think I can give him the benefit of the doubt that that was pretty tongue in cheek?

Pardon my ignorance, but any reason why?  am i missing something here

He didn’t say they were lying about the incident *being* an error. He is asking for more clarification on the *nature* of the error. Probably something like: Was this a new feature being tested that got leaked? How did it come about that timely, live advertisements are tied to in-game button presses? What about

Thinking there’s a difference between the two is exactly what makes him a dick

This isn’t Marvel, it’s Sony aping whatever bad idea maybe sort of used to work for Marvel.

This site regularly criticizes C-suite executives of gaming companies, and this article is explicitly about female journalists and developers. That’s the text of this article. Representation in this context refers to the gaming news desks that cover games and the development teams whose labor produces the games we all

I think the fundamental aspect I disagree with here is the last point about indie filmmakers, at least to a degree. This has actually turned out to be a pet peeve for me over the past few years where it has felt there has been the blame casting on the directors in defense of MCU and especially Feige.

From what I’ve heard, you don’t give a shit if people with asthma or COPD die.

To be fair, Nintendo told me they were just going to the gym, but Sony happened to text me from there, so I mentioned that Nintendo was on their way, but Sony said they never showed. I brought it up and Nintendo said that Sony hasn’t been to the gym in weeks and I just don’t know who to believe anymore. But now this...

These kinds of articles bug me. Like are we trying to catch Nintendo in some lie? What’s the purpose here? They clearly want to control when/how their console gets announced and will probably deny everything until they are good and ready.

We “factually” recieved the game the same time as everyone else, which was only a few days before launch. We just don’t let arbitrary embargos dictate coverage when it doesn’t make sense.

Perhaps you missed this interview with co-director and writer Sam Lake right before the game came out. https://kotaku.com/alan-wake-

You know marijuana is largely legal now, right? I say this because you sound like you could use a gummy or two.

Weird take.

Gamers: Don’t trust reviews from game critics because they just care about not losing access with publishers

That’s a weird reaction to have to a pretty anodyne statement

That has much more to do with The Force Awakens than The Last Jedi.

That’s like saying Miles shouldn’t be able to wear a dashiki because he’s not from Africa. As for the mixed race and not Wakandan argument, society sees mixed race Black folks as Black. Afro-Cubans? Black. Afro-Puerto Ricans? Black. My son will be seen as Black first and foremost, even though my wife is Mexican.

Miles is, however, zero percent colonizer. Unlike Peter.
