Yawn and a slow wanking motion.
Yawn and a slow wanking motion.
Why are we spending an article on this generic fanfilm? It already got a morning spoiler spotlight a week or two ago, and the reactions were the same as now: meh.
they are “two young, unknown voice actors,” according to the trade, and Harmon wasn’t much involved in the casting, by his choice. “It’s all just sad because the goal is for it to be indistinguishable,” he told THR.
The show was still making an obscene amount of money. No one wanted to publicly say anything that would rock the boat. Besides, who other than Harmon himself was in the position to openly shit on the guy whose name is most connected to their place of employment? It totally makes sense that everyone was fine with just…
Roiland looks like the kinda manchild who brings a board game no one has heard of to a house party and throws a tantrum when no one wants to play.
Ah yes, the year [citation missing], when independent films were making hundreds of millions of dollars, and high-budget spectacle headed by marquee stars couldn’t make its budget back.
Its not a remaster. Its the original game emulated.
Anyone who’s tried to get a decades-old game to run on modern hardware has learned the hard way that many of these games were designed with a very specific framerate in mind, and once you crack the cap, the game breaks. When an engine is coded to run in sync to an expected frametime, uncapping the framerate will…
Previously published games were pointedly NOT exempt. There was language that applied the rule retroactively depending on various circumstances, such as if it received updates recently, since Unity counted any work of any kind being done to a game as “agreeing to the new terms”
Youve never played a Quantic Dream game before, huh?
Sure, but like any other Quantic Dream game, you have to temper how neat this sounds with how absolutely stupid it will be in reality.
I don't think anyone thought it would be "good" per se. They just didn't think it would be this bad.
Question: Do y0u think the only way to determine if someone is bad person is by court ruling? Do you need a court ruling to decide if you think someone is a bad person?
when has that stopped a comic event?
“It’s shocking, SHOCKING, that the opening credits of the show don’t go out of their way to address an unpleasant topic that may make people feel bad about watching the show.”
Seems like an odd observation that the new opening credits don’t clue us in more to the new voice casting. There have never been any voices in the credits, so wouldn’t you just ASSUME they would not have any new info this time either?
I mean, it sounds like the accusations were credible, but lacking in evidence that a court could use. But it also sounds like Roiland was terrible to work with, and not really contributing much to the making of the show.
“Credible” is in quotation marks because it is a quote. It’s a basic tenet of responsible reporting - a news organization reporting on breaking news cannot be the arbiter of truth, they can merely report on facts. In this case, they cannot determine the validity of the claim that it was “credible” but they can report…
Good god, Unity’s fucking up but ffs death threats are not the answer. Just stop using their engine.
oh she’s great and the issue was never with her as an actress, it was fully the writing.
