You clearly misunderstand the sadist nature of a US Marine.
Top down in light snow early in the morning is amazing. Multiple christmas eve’s when we go back to visit my parents, I’ve grabbed the keys to dad’s 335i convertible for a early morning coffee run in the snow.
We need a word for someone who drives their convertible in 75ºF low-humidity weather with the top up. If I were king, anytime someone does this they need to surrender their convertible to someone who will use it.
Absolutely! My NB’s heater is so prodigious that, if I have the air flowing through the dash vents, I actually can’t put my left hand on the steering wheel without being uncomfortably hot on full heat... Windows up, both upper and lower airflow (or lower and defrost, if you don’t want what I just described),and a knit…
I never in my life thought of “summer smelling bad”
Been doing it for 11 ½ years now. First in an NC-1 Miata, then in the Spyder. I made the rule, “always top down.” I always felt I bought the wrong car if I didn’t.

I knew two people with 500 Abarths.
Geez, some people will complain about anything.
“— asking for a friend”
Should improve lap times, too.
What about the bitter, middle aged, alcoholic divorcee piloting the bus? Do they also get replaced in this scenario? Because if so, I better start job hunting.
