LOL, fellow fiero owner here, I swapped in an automatic steering column to get rid of this. :)

Yup, it is truly amazing how stout, compact, and reliable modern engines are.
Yeah, but using mass produced iron lumps, the pushrod GM is making at least 20% more torque / liter than the hand crafted mercedes engine anywhere on the torque curve. 72 ft lbs / liter at peak, and the curve is WAAAYY flatter.
No, it’s a 3 door with a hatch back. 2 doors on the passenger side, one door on the driver’s side.
Oh, do I feel your pain..
I have the same issue on the Mustang side. I bought a 2015 v6 auto convertible with 19k miles on it. I like the RWD, top down, and still have to ferry children around (so no miata..). It was a used rental, therefore I could afford it. It still drives very nicely, gets great mileage, and I’ve put 40k miles on it in the…
I don’t care what engine they put in it. The asymmetrical door configuration blows up my OCD mind. It’s just wrong, and not fixable until they make it either a 2 door or a 4 door.
Came to post this. Left fulfilled.
There’s one thing that would make me buy an ev now: build a trailer that could act as a range extender for long trips. That’s it. Most of my driving is local, I love the torque and low nvh of EVs, but I do weekly 600 mile day trips and don’t feel like doubling my travel times for those.
Another tip: Always use the defrost setting (mixed with floor is good too). Keep the windshield warm, and it will prevent ice/snow/slush buildup while making sure the insides stay free from mouth-breather fog.
I’ve got 7k, and a miata you vouch for is available.. Could I, um, maybe have your mom’s number?
In an interview after the fact, Mr. Wildlife Hero mentioned that the rabbit in question was delicious when paired with dumplings.
I feel bad that her car got chewed up, but she was being a total bitch to that cop. She is justified for being upset, but she’s upset at the wrong person/thing.
Take all of your points above (and they’re good, valid points) and add in inclement weather. I live in the pacific northwest, and we get snow. A great deal of snow. There’s no way in hell autonomous cars will ever be useful here for 4 months of the year. As soon as the lanes are covered in white, and people start…
I’ve always wanted a mid 90s curls supreme convertible. I know it’s not rational, but the heart wants what it wants.
Ok, you guys are getting really worked up, my statement was hyperbole... Obviously it has traction below that speed, I was commenting more on the crazy power of the car. Sorry to kick the beehive..
Have to have downforce to get traction.. doesn’t really have enough until after 150.
I like it, looks like an alfa from the rear..
$10 says when you get it back from the shop’s oil change, that same mangled filter will be on there. LOOOL
I might actually watch a race for once..
