Not really up in arms, but when I bought my car, it took me a while to find one built in America. I got a new Chevy sonic, built in Ohio, about 3 years ago. No regrets, love the car. Even though I’m generally anti union, I will still support American workers.

I came and posted this too before I saw yours. Also, their drivers are HORRIBLE, as in, let’s have all lanes doing 54MPH abreast of each other. Holy crap, driving 600 miles in OR this weekend left me wanting to reinstate nuclear testing there.

I nominate the entire state of Oregon. I was forced to drive across it twice this weekend, and I audibly celebrated the return to normal speed limits when I escaped across state lines.

The subscription doesn’t bother me, I like not having commercials. It’s the horrible audio quality that kills it for me.. I mean, the bitrate must be SO LOW... so many quantization artifacts, metalic ringing, and anything over 10kHz sounds like it’s drilling into my head. I know I’m being picky here, but if I’m paying…

Also, I stopped caring about XM/Sirius 5 minutes into my free trial because the compression artifacts were so bad, I thought my radio was defective (it’s not). It sounds like a karaoke robot drowning in a toilet.
