I will say the car pass is worth it... if you get it for sale. I wasn’t impressed at all wirh the Horizon 3 car pass even thought I bought it and loved it on FH2. GTA Online has reportedly made money hand over fist with real-money transactions. To access a lot of that content you either grind forever or pay money.
