Am I the only one that wasn't terribly impressed by the cinematography? I don't think it's bad or anything. There are certainly shots I do like, but I didn't find it anywhere close to the way people were talking about it. Beauty's in the eye of the beholder, of course. 

We shall see. I was quite disappointed in the former, though.

Hmm. I’m quite fond of Kingdom of Heaven - The Director’s Cut. I’m not sure I’d say it’s my favorite, though. I like a bunch of his films for different reasons.

Eh. Like all movies, it can go either way. New doesn’t guarantee quality and old doesn’t guarantee doom. Gotta wait to see it to find out.
