I do love the way the MCU embraces the looks of their heroes but updates them to fit in their version of a "real" world. They're not embarrassed by any of it.

I doubt it. Yoda's speech is quite distinct. If I were to guess, the Andy Serkis voice over is the "master" and the robed figure with the red saber is the "apprentice."

The comparison between it and Big Hero 6 would've been less fair since Interstellar is open in more major markets than Big Hero 6 is. So, at least this week, domestic box office is fairer.
