I don’t remember where I got the tip from, but if you use a tube neck gaiter over your nose and mouth, you create a little pocket of humidity. I’ve also found it useful for sleeping in air conditioned rooms or in dry elevation. I use a merino Buff brand, but I can see synthetics alternatives or scarves doing the

They’re mostly the same. I’m guessing that it’s one chinese manufacturer that different companies etch logos to. I’ve compared mine against 2 other coworkers’. Some may give you more screens.

The external GPU Thunderbolt 3/usb-c tech looks promising. If I can get a decent gaming laptop gpu for the road and then plug into a high-end card enclosure at home, I can forego having a desktop. I’m hopefully to see what the CES offerings are.

i think that’s the joke...

I’m thinking that the banwave coincided w/ season 3 starting.

Anyhow, was there ever a Pharah bot? I’m decent against ground targets and suck against other Pharahs. However, there were some that could pick me out of the sky from say 80 yards w/ lots of random thrust drops and what not.

I have been using the Swift’s when they first came out. I was interested in the magnets so I could take them off and not worry about them falling away. So I bit on the last $16 offering for these.

I got this from Costco years back. If you’re not doing a french press grind, I recommend it. For a press pot, you get a lot of statically charged dust.

I also like to use softballs for glutes, too

It’s where you go to find the giant sea monster that’s about to wreck havoc.

This morning KarlTheFog was hiding the bridge from Crissy Field.

I got this as a gift a while back. For those that are interested, this thing is ginormous and hard to justify as an EDC. With that said, I’ve used it for international travel to power my gadgets on layovers. It’s also the max TSA size (20k maH = 100wH). Just remember to grab it in case your carry-on is gate checked.

I agree about the 2wheelers and being tall. I’ve yet to find a bag that I don’t hit against my rear leg at full stride. Then the bag twists and goes sideways.

The “snow country” comment had me remembering that if you’re also in altitude, a 140*F piece of beef is going to look really pink and bloody at 6k feet. at 165-170, it starts looking like what sea-level medium rare pink is.

I grew up in a household that kept dinner leftovers covered on the table. Then we’d reheat it in the morning w/ a microwave... Nothing like that 10 minutes above 150 some folks talk about. Now I have a stronger stomach than those I typically travel with.

did the usb ports work when plugged into 220V?

Initial reports said they were able to keep their cell phones and credentials. So it looks like 3 of them, including Lochte, put in a black thing and creds in the bin. The guy in the light blue shirt looks to be putting 2 black things + creds.

Work had provided “Kim Chee Noodle” bowls. I saw a coworker eat those every day and his skin turned greyer and greyer... the salt can get you.

what’s a noodle pot?
