yeah... my first one was an orange bottom part and blue surface. i got 2 of the black ones thru the years. looking at other func products, the odd green one was the func f-series also sold by act labs. one of the first reviews on what you linked also mentioned that act labs had the wrong picture.

@Adam: can you try one of the DIY solutions w/ a Nutribullet or the like? It's got a strong motor and all the "corn" isn't lost at the bottom of your blender jar.

I feel your pain. The PS3 IR alternatives don't give the same functionality as the full PS3 remote.

I had fit issues until I found the right size of foam eartips. I started w/ Comply tips and then moved onto an ebay supplier (http://www.ebay.com/usr/lostearbud…) as the angle seemed to work better for me.

However, for those monoprice ones, the cable rub bugs me too much to use for exercising.

I had the old school Motorola BT ones that sat outside of the earpad and looked like a fighter pilot. However, those had some gap in the housing that caused a whilstling noise + would cut out depending on where i wore it/how I moved. The skullcandy ones still looked like a BT receiver that you clip to your helmet.
