A lot of clothing fits in a way that means obvious underwear lines if you don’t wear something like a thong. And underwear lines are “unprofessional”.

Maybe Ed Razek should resign too.

I’m here to brag that my mother just recently quit smoking after 40 years, and even though she weaned herself by using a patch, I’m SO GLAD she made the conscious decision to not vape or use an e-cig or anything else.

(Most) women’s dress slacks - at least the ones I own - cannot be worn with regular / non-thong underwear without looking ridiculous. The fit, heft of the fabric, lack of pockets, and general style are not compatible with regular underwear. Now, am I “forced” to wear thongs to work? Of course not.

This isn’t a problem for real men because real men shit standing up. Sitting is for girls.

Agreed, and let’s not stop at gendered, a lot of the clothing in the boys’ section is pretty grossly heteronormative- I cringe every time I see a shirt for a BABY that says “ladies man” or “chicks dig me”

“So, as you can see, porn is wrong because the Bible says...wait, you have a question sir? I see that your hand is raised.” “Yes, did you vote for Donald Trump?” “Why, yes, I did.” “Get out. Take your cherry-picked scraps of nothing pseudo-science and get the hell out.”

Cute generalization, but if you hung around a while you’d know that feminists are quite divided on the subject of porn, and have been for a long, long time.  It’s not hypocrisy, it’s more than one voice.

Did you read the article at all? This wasn’t some porn star telling kids how awesome her profession was. It sounds like, by all accounts, it was a super healthy and frank talk that even discussed the pitfalls of viewing porn as reality. What progressives have an issue with is the conservative answer of simply plugging

Curious as to what point you’re trying to make here, in relation to the article?

But what does your comment have to do with whether a porn actress (and sex worker, which is an important qualifier in this scenario) should come to a college campus and discuss consent and the negative effects of believing porn sex is real sex?

I would argue that no parent should give any kind of encouragement for their children to pursue any specific career path. Their child should be allowed to choose for themselves when they are ready. Kids will naturally become interesting in certain career types and their parents should be supportive, even if the

These people elected Donald Trump as their leader. They have no credibility as any moral authority forever and ever, amen.

I vigorously applaud the move (we desperately need clothing that is less heavily gendered, especially for girls), but these offerings are a pretty weak example of it. Like another attempt at “non-gendered” clothing, the response seems to have been to default to “baggy pants and hoodies” which is, by and large, coded

I don’t fully understand your issue with this, so I could well be missing something very important, but I’m very excited to have kids’ products that are marketed as gender-neutral. It’s absolutely infuriating how gendered EVERYTHING in the kids’ section is.

I wear lacy thongs on the regular to work, not because I am looking to be sexed, but because 1) all of my thongs are lacy thongs, and 2) thanks to the miracle of fashion and cultural norms, ladies’ work pants require the wearing of thongs.

I for one welcome our new Transgender Death Panel overlords.

Clearly this is another attempt by the leftists to destroy America.

I just read the BuzzFeed reporting on this and they mentioned that Italy has a 20 year old cited statute that found that someone wearing jeans must have consensually removed them, cos jeans are hard to take off.

1) Of course wearing a lacy thong doesn’t mean you’re “open to meeting someone and being with someone
