No prison rape jokes. Thanks.
No prison rape jokes. Thanks.
You’re appealing to a paper that looks pretty bloody partisan itself, is 13 years out of date, and which seems to have largely been cited in other partisan papers.
Lol, nice copypasta, but your reading comprehension fucking sucks.
You disagree with which part? That many Stanford students come from wealthy, connected families in the Republican establishment? And then: it depends on the major? With all due respect, I think you may be contradicting yourself.
Stanford President: “what’s wrong with men’s locker room talk?”
Thanks, pet. This has been his/her only comment, to date, as well, so perhaps I should not even have responded..... Thank you for reading this with a keener perception than I did.....
C’mon Jinni. Obviously anyone who uses the super-clever made-up word “dim-o-cretin” has sufficiently higher intelligence than us with our liberal ladybrains and is therefore always right. /sarcasm
And I’m sure the fact ResearchGate is a Peter Thiel-backed dumping ground of last resort for those who can’t get their ideas into peer-reviewed publications has no bearing on the quality of this study. Even the title and abstract demonstrate the agenda the “researchers” were promoting from the start.
You fucked up.
Jesus Kendall, maybe go out there and do something that shows you aren’t as tone-deaf as this ad made you seem? Join a protest, donate some money, be willing to get arrested to make a point? If you are still butt-hurt about the Pepsi ad you could always just, you know, prove the critics wrong.
And in addition you were clearly referring to the families of students and this person wrote you back in length about faculty party affiliation at Berkeley and Stanford, which was a complete non sequitur.
In other Trump related news: I thought this was an Onion article when a friend showed me the headline. It’s real. I can’t. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/trump-demands-gold-plated-welcome-xjnffdq32
Thanks for the lovely words, rio. You sound enchanting.
I read that one too and it’s super gross. “Why won’t people understand that I was sad at being left out? It hurt my feeeeeelings.....No one explained to me that I didn’t belong in their space until they did and it was really really mean.”
That’s true, but university leadership in general is also pretty terrible. It’s not like most large colleges have any kind of good track record dealing with sexual assault.
On this same (front) page is a story about a Stanford graduate who felt discriminated against as a Caucasian and who has now been tapped by Betsy DeVos in a civil rights position. It isn’t everyone, but many of the Stanford students are highly privileged and from connected, wealthy families in the Republican…
Delicate little shit. Boasts about being a serial sexual predator, can’t handle being seen as a sexual predator.
Is it weird that I can’t stand seeing or hearing Mar-a-Lago? The title just strikes me as the ultimate in tackiness.
Thank you. For whatever reasons, education, safe water, the EPA, PBS, and a whole host of other programs are all thought of in terms of costs and benefits but it seems that pundits and news media never think of acts of violence in terms of dollars. All that’s stated is, “59 beautiful Tomahawks” and the circle cheers.…
