I agree. I can count on half of one hand the number of times I had patsys growing up or in my adult life. Dozens of other things should have been on that list instead: Coney islands, Faygo, Better Made, Verners, Wimpy/Bar burgers, Kowalski kielbasa, Sanders, etc., etc., etc., etc.,

As someone who was born and raised in Metro Detroit- I have never heard or seen of this pasty and refuse to acknowledge it's entry as the regional dish.
