Scripted. There’s not a lot of developers right now who can do this kind of stuff on the fly, and there are usually the bigger devs with access to top tier technology.

People block annoying ads because they’re annoying, not because they want stuff for free. If ads were less intrusive, relevant to you and run a length consistent with the video you’re watching (nobody wants to see a 30s ad to watch a 30s video clip) I’m convinced that most people would happily tolerate ads on YouTube.
Fans blame Capcom because they’re the ones to blame. The vast majority of games works perfectly well regardless of how many OS updates they go through, probably because their developers give a shit, unlike Capcom.
40 year old and he’s probably never lived on his own. Looking at how he reacted to the whole thing it’s not too far-fetched to assume that he has very little practical skills or real life experience.
Unfortunately, it looks like we’re stuck with ginormous phones. Hopefully Apple will find some way to shrink bezels down so that they can keep the bigger screens on more reasonably sized phones.
What would it be better at than the iPad Pro is? Who would it be for?
Maybe I don’t spend enough time on these boards, but I don’t see a lot of Apple users posting crap about Android every time there’s an article about it.
Actually they’re rarely the first to offer a new feature but when they do it works great and the competition then rush to copy Apple’s implementation (desktop GUI, mouse, portable media player, touchscreen phone, tablet, fingerprint scanner, etc.)
It’s definitely because you live alone. VR has many applications, even in the entertainment industry, but yeah, most people are not going to put a goofy set of glasses on and isolate themselves from the world. It will probably do well in hardcore gamers niche and in arcade centers/amusement parks, but that’s about it.
Mobile games target a much wider audience (over 2 billion smartphone users) than console and PC games (around 300 million console owners and a few hundred million PC gamers): titles need to be simple and easily searchable.
Lara Croft GO is really good, and I feel it’s already more fun than Hitman GO. I can see a lot of games that could get the same treatment: Thief, Front Mission, and so on.
That’s why they spelled it “Trade Serets.”
Yes. In many industries, employees and contractors sign NDAs that prevent you from disclosing anything work related to any third parties. Most NDAs don’t have expiration dates either which means that strictly speaking you’re not allowed to discuss stuff that happened a few years ago at your previous job.
Don’t call me Shirley.
“Timmy, have you ever been in a Turkish prison”
Does this happen even if you never turn Apple Music “on”? I’ve been avoiding the update for weeks now because I can’t tell from all testimonies what is causing the problems.
These days, most big publishers aren’t really “developing” any games in-house. Even for their main franchise, Square Enix outsources a lot of the development duties to external companies. Also I don’t want to seem like I’m picking at semantics but Life is Strange is developed by a French studio, Just Cause 3 is being…
Have you considered all the games they’ve released and are releasing this year? Life is Strange, Just Cause 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Hitman (2015), FF XIV: Heavensward, and I’m not even mentioning their mobile offer and HD remake, re-release and so on...
I don’t really understand why everyone is so upset about this. Konami used to be a company that made great games and now they’ve decided to focus exclusively on making more money and faster in a different industry.
A filter system doesn’t process possibly radioactively-contaminated water so there’s that, if you live in a country that had a nuclear incident recently.
