OK. I was just saying that nice looking office chairs are not necessarily good for your back / all back conditions.
There are actually a number of back pain conditions for which you really should sit on a chair without back than a $1000 office chair.
You’re right on the money. The hurdles are not technical at all; it’s all about publishers (Nintendo included) wanting more control on each region (launch window, regional pricing). What I don’t get is why those same publishers are OK with the PlayStation platform and Xbox One being region-free.
Like I said, Nintendo’s original Game Boy, Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS were -and are still- region-free. Whatever “reasons” they came up since is just smoke and mirrors.
iOS devices have a library of thousands of games, and sales numbers show that iOS is a major gaming platform. Even Nintendo has started developing for iOS and Android. You’re free to like consoles or PC better, but numbers don’t lie.
You’re wrong. Only the games are region-free on PS3, PS4 and Xbox One. And like I said, Nintendo’s original Game Boy, Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS were region-free too. For some reasons there was no hurdles back then and other platforms have no hurdles either.
If this was really the case, please explain how Sony, Microsoft and Apple’s platforms are region-free, or how Nintendo’s own Game Boy, Game Boy Advance and the original Nintendo DS were region free too. Nintendo’s so-called “hurdle” is bullshit, plain and simple.
Been living in Kichijoji for over 10 years and I can’t tell where this was taken.
So only 7 versions of Windows 10 to choose from, 8 if you count Windows Server?
Could someone fork Chromium and make into a separate, more “open” browser?
“Walled Garden” is the best decision for 99% of consumers. It’s the only way to protect them from their own ignorance.
Paid games are definitely not the ones that make the most money on the App Store, and they make even less on Google Play. Part of the problems are people believing that good mobile games are not worth $1 (or even $5). I can understand how people who bought some bargain bin Android phone could think that, but if you’ve…
Smartwatches do what they’re supposed to do. Skype Translator isn’t ready for prime time (it kind of works in their demos, but not so much in real life).
As long as people continue to buy smartphones and other mobile devices, mobile gaming is definitely not going anywhere. The Wii sold about 100 million units over its 7 year lifetime. The Wii U has barely shipped 10 million units in the last 2.5 years. Smartphone manufacturers ship over 1 billion units per year, and…
Nice troll, Nintendo.
Konami Digital are very successful with their crappy, by-the-number f2p apps. Konami also operates other businesses such as toys, slot machines, TV production studios and even fitness clubs, so while they’re maybe dead to gamers, the company is not going anywhere soon.
Of course YMMV, but a pair of $400-$500 shoes can easily last you for 5 or 10 years. I wear mine on a rotation, and my oldest pair is about 10 year old.
Passcode and Touch ID.
Video calling has been around for about 20 years on PC and 4 years on iPhone. Hardly what you could call a “novelty.”
