That looks awfully realistic to be an action figure.

Someone please wake me up when Kinect (or Siri, or Google Now) takes into account that some people speak different languages and that sometimes they are -gosh!- in the same room.

Someone wake me up when Kinect (or Google Now or Siri) takes into account that some people speak different languages and that sometimes they're even in the same house/room...

I wonder what he was showing...

Just curious, is the 2nd pic shopped? I can't remember the keynote that would be taken from.

Hopefully Apple does the same thing with it as they did with tablet computers. Microsoft released the first Tablet PC in 2002 but ended as a commercial failure. 8 years after, Apple reveals their own take on the tech and create a new market which is now growing at a rate of 100 million units/year.

If the season pass gives you access to all cars available then that alone would make it worth it. This game has to be the worst example of the microtransaction model gone bad. It takes anywhere between $1,700 and $2,700 of real world money to unlock every car in the game. On top of the game's $60.

That's the best I got:

Sorry if I sounded "condescending", English is not my first language. What's your excuse smartass? By the way, you should look up "condescending" in the dictionary, because your attitude of looking down on (on touch controls or games you don't care for, for instance) is the very definition of being condescending. So

I hadn't thought about it that way, but if they can make the Xen levels good, then I can't wait for the rest.

Like I said, you're just plain wrong. Just because you don't know something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Try playing the game and you'll see that this cannot be done with a different control method (the screen shot above shows the 3 "perfect cells" that need to be controlled with 3 fingers simultaneously, in case

The Xen levels were arguably the weakest segment of the game. I don't think many people would miss them.

Now playing

Wrong. There are many games that play better with touch controls than with a controller or mouse/keyboard controls, one of my favorites being Perfect Cell. Just to give a simple example, at some point in the game you need to control 3 characters simultaneously, in real time, something that can't be achieved with a

The weird experience of reading about the place down the street on Kotaku...

I wouldn't go as far as saying that it was "awesome," but the N-Gage QD was definitely an improvement over the original, if not only for the game cartridge slot which didn't require to take the system apart to swap games.

Some games are made to play on touchscreen though.

Side talking FTW!

Nope. The reason it failed was that it was costly ($299 at launch), its screen was too vertical (made games like Sonic completely unplayable), the d-pad was crap, there were too many buttons on the right hand side and the only way to swap games (tiny SD card like cartridges) was to turn off the system, pop off the

2003 called, they want their dumb idea back.

Your home gym is almost larger than the local gym I go to.
