Dragon Age 2 was a pretty good game let down by, and the negative marks in your analysis bear this out, and that it was subject to a LOT of corner cutting at some point in the dev cycle.

What I liked about this was that it was an honest joke/reference and that it unashamedly doesn't pander to people not in the know by trying to awkwardly explain it afterwards, even with unrealistic nerd-speak.
