HA! I just picked two of these thumb-oilers off of eBay as Christmas presents to myself. I often want a tidier way to apply a drop of oil than a blast from a pressurized can with a red straw.

My dailies tend to be on the sensible side, but I had a Ford Escort ZX2 once, which looked neat and I bought to be vaguely rebellious because my dad really wanted me to buy my brother’s Civic for some reason.

I daily drove my 1975 MGB for many years. Eventually I got a 2nd vehicle - a Yamaha R6 (which, let’s be honest, isn’t an improvement in practicality).

Not me, but a cow-orker at my last company used to daily his Model T.  In pre-COVID times, Bay Area traffic was bad enough that he kept up with traffic no problem.

I have a small collection of these and recently used one to put Kroil someplace difficult to get to. Definitely easier than just blasting that stuff everywhere.
