I am no longer banished to the hinterlands!

They appear to be deleting mine and I am back in the greys.

I can see it (post and replies), but that might be because I posted in that... discussion.

That exhaust is gorgeous. Wow!

It’s not just David and Jason leaving man. It’s the broken comments system. It’s the constant listicles. It’s the lack of proof reading, the lazy reprints of articles, the ill advised hot takes like the “It’s okay people are robbing trains because they lost their jobs” article from a few weeks ago.

Who are you again?

As a former owner of a ‘73 Squareback, I am not sure how I feel about this.

That’s a random trash panda stuck in the trash.

That picture is the best thing I’ve seen today!

The three spoke steering wheel came directly from the Skoda Popular, one of the company’s historically best selling models.

Yikes. I don’t envy you that experience. :-(

I travel with a lightweight fan that can run on USB power (or AC) - it’s pretty handy. Replacing batteries on the road may not be easy at times, though DT could probably use rechargeables + solar panel (or 12vdc from the Jeep).

he and I have broken about 6.02*10^23 fasteners

People who raced motorsport in the 1920s and 1930s were extremely brave. The speeds were lower than today but the brakes and tires were comparatively abysmal. Good on ya, Ms. Brunell.

I’ve lane split in CA, thanks - once behind a CHiP - but that was a long time ago and only in traffic jams. The emphasis here seems to be on the red light aspect, which I haven’t experienced.

Reach out your window with a long hook and pull off a plug wire.

I saw this a lot in Taiwan: at red lights, the bikes - mostly scooters - would look like mortar around the car/truck bricks. (It makes more sense when viewed from above.) When the light turned green, the two-wheelers would take off and the cars/trucks would then move out at a leisurely pace.

Which part?

Mopar had a few of their own around that time.
